A few good rules (I admit I borrow the idea from my good friend Shai Meiri)

1.     What you do learn is for your own good, you’re not asked to praise your boss, but to give yourself better future opportunities

 2.     Mind what you don’t know much more than what you have just learnt

 3.     Stats are important! If you just want to tell a story and don’t mind proving it, this lab is probably the worst place to be in

 4.     Do your best, at any time, and with any task you are up to. Failure will not have on you as much dramatic consequences as laziness

 5.     Be prepared to help newcomers, you are expected to give it back what was handed you over in the past

 6.     Be honest with yourself, what you do is good for you, if you can’t hack it, it's probably not someone else’s fault
